Representation Agreement and Retainer
Our attorney-client relationship does not start until: (1) we understand that we have no conflicts of interest, (2) we both sign a representation agreement, and (3) a retainer is paid.
A retainer is typically one-half of the estimated cost for completed legal service.

Single Person Estate Plan ($1,500): Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will, Health Care Proxy, and HIPAA Release. Does not include any Trusts.
Married Couple Estate Plan ($2,000): Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and HIPAA Releases. Does not include any Trusts.
Single Person Estate Plan with Revocable Trust ($3,000): Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, and a Revocable Trust.
Married Couple Estate Plan with Revocable Trusts ($3,500): Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, HIPAA Releases, and Revocable Trusts.
Single Person Estate Plan with Irrevocable Trust ($4,000): Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, and an Irrevocable Trust.
Married Couple Estate Plan with Irrevocable Trusts ($5,000): Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, HIPAA Releases, and Irrevocable Trusts.
